Unless otherwise indicated, prices are PER VISIT. Mail-collection and small-scale plant-watering are complimentary services. Large-scale plant care and summertime watering of exterior gardens and potted plants are services priced on a case-by-case basis and are NOT included in the price of standard pet-care visits.

Fish tanks & ponds, birdcages, reptiles, rabbits, mail-collection & plant-watering with no pets involved, & similar house-sitting services are priced on a case-by-case basis.

House-sitting is available on short-term, long-term & seasonal bases. For example, if you spend the summer or winter away from Richmond, you can hire me to collect your mail, water your plants, check on your home & serve as a point-of-contact during your absence. House-sitting is priced on a case-by-case basis.

Services rendered on major holidays incur a one-time $20 surcharge. Major holidays include Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve & January 1, Thanksgiving Day, Easter weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, & July 4.
